Package System Descriptions

Complete Dj Rig includes a dual Cd player with attached mixer. We include our Medium sound package, which can be upgrade to large for an additional charge. Included is a standard wired microphone, a pair of speaker stands, and headphones upon request. We will completely wire and test the system at the time of pickup to ensure proper connecting cables are include as well as answer any operational questions. This complete djing system includes everything need for Weddings, Bar/Bah-Mitzvah’s, and general parties for up to 250 people.

Karaoke System #1 (DUET) includes our portable 35-watt self contained DUET karaoke machine, a pair of wired microphones, 2 connecting cords, and a c.d. library of approximately 1050 songs with 4 books. Recommended for up to 40 people.

Karaoke System #2 (RSQ) includes our RSQ karaoke machine, a pair of wired microphones, 3 connecting cords, and a c.d. library of approximately 1050 songs with 4 books. Recommended for connecting to an existing sound systems as the RSQ is not self contained. Add powered speakers if a sound system is not available (additional rental fees apply).

Large Karaoke Systems can be created by adding powered speakers to either karaoke system. Just select the powered speaker system that meets your needs from our other rental products. Be it a small room of 20 people or large hall of 500 or more we can create the system you need.

Sound Reinforcement System includes premium speakers with over 2500 total watts of power and over 800 watts of monitors. Configured to meet both band and DJ needs, this system does not package mixers, turntables, or CD players since these items are application specific. Included in the system are 2 3-Way Main speakers, 2 18" Sub Woofers and 2 monitors. All speakers are self powered, and the montiors may be used as additional fill speakers to boost the total power of the system. Additional sub woofers may be added for only $150 a pair. Additional fill/monitors may be added for just $60 a pair. All other additions are extra as listed on the left. All necessary cables and stands will also be included. This sound system is our premium small concert rig suggested for up to 1000 people in a large room or 500 people in open air without additional speakers (we can help with higher capacity needs as well). Technician fees and destination charges not included (see below).

Premium Speakers are a range of major brands that are of the highest quality. DJS carries many brands that are considered high quality including but not limited too QSC, Mackie, Yorkville, and JBL. Our premium rentals are drawn from our available stock and will vary from day to day. Powered speakers are listed by the rating that the manufacturer publishes for the speaker. Often out premium speakers will perform better than rated, but over powering speakers is considered abuse so please use them responsibly.

Medium Format and Corporate Sound Rentals cover the needs of our most demanding customers. DJS Pro Audio and Lighting is committed to providing a complete turnkey rental for a medium size events ranging from approximately 1000 to 2000 plus people, depending on your application.  These systems are customized on a per rental basis.  Call and discuss your large event with our system experts, and we will create the system you need to make your event a success!

Service - Tech – Delivery is based on availability. All inquiries should be done at least a week in advance. Charges may vary due to day, load size, run-time, and distance. Please call for a quote.

Security Deposits

A separate credit card charge will be held to secure property theft and damage. Total security amount must be available on the card(s). The security charge will not incur interest and will be automatically dropped off within approximately 3 business days upon return and approval. Missing or damaged gear costs will be deducted directly from the security auth. Please be sure that security amount is available on your credit card prior to rental date, as no rentals shall be released without proper hold of funds.

Responsibility for Equipment

From the time the items are taken until it is returned, you are responsible for it. If the item is lost, stolen, or damaged under any circumstances while rented, regardless of fault, you shall be responsible for all charges, including labor and parts or gear replacement. This can include but is not limited to blown speakers (due to over-leveling), dropped microphones, and lost or ruined cd’s.

Condition of Rental Items

You acknowledge that when you accepted the rented items, you examined it, saw it in operation (if appropriate), and that it is in good working order. It is your responsibility to return the rented items in the same condition, except for ordinary wear and tear.

Use of Rental Items

You agree that you are satisfied with the instruction given in the proper use of the items or that you’re so familiar and stated that you were. You further agree that the item will be used only for the purpose for which the items were manufactured and intended. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.

Item Failure

Seldom do items actually fail without miss-use however, in this unfortunate event, DJ Supply agrees to refund or replace only the failed piece. (Example: a non working microphone in a complete package only warrants a refund or credit for the mic itself and not the entire package cost.)

Important

Specific rental pieces are subject to sale and may not still be available on the date of pick up. Similar gear may need to be substituted. DJ Supply reserves the right to distinguish between what would be considered a high-end piece or a standard piece. Prices may change without notice.

Late Fees – Weekly Rates

If an early pick-up or late return is arranged in advance, the second day rental cost will be ½ of the regular daily charge. Weekly rates will be assessed at 2.5 times the daily rate. Any rentals not returned on-time or without pre-arranging a second day or weekly rate will be assessed at the regular rental rate, and not the discounted rate.
